Context and objectives

Context:

The company is responsible for the identification, marketing, sales and distribution of specific beer. Market uncertainty on the customer’s side and the requirements of suppliers lead to high risks of shelf life and stock shortages.

 

Objectives:

  • Identify the dysfunctions that lead to this over-stocking
  • Create processes and tools to improve the company’s logistics performance
  • Offer training to members of the supply chain team
