Context and objectives

Context:

In the light of a new centralized platform (scheduled for January 2020), a major player in the retail sector wants to analyze and model the transportation routing flows (outbound and inbound deliveries including returns) in order to consider all the hypotheses that will allow distribution platform to optimize its transportation performance and achieve the best “cost/service” balance
