Context and objectives

Context: 

A bank institution repositions its logistics network, redefines its flows, modernizes its storage centers and organizes its processes. In this context, adameo was commissioned to assist the client in improving its logistics processes and deploying a WMS.

 Objectives:

Deploy the WMS software package in accordance and interaction with all the mechanized systems (high stakes on productivity and traceability).

adameo is involved in the phases of formalizing operational processes, change management, user acceptance, training and launch support

RESULTS

• 36 storage sites, 2 trust centers, 12 auxiliary centers
• 6.7 billion banknotes recycled (more than one billion parcels received per year)
• 2.8 billion bills manufactured and delivered (about 100,000 pallets/year)
• 7 billion bills issued (about 250,000 pallets/year)
• 18.8 billion coins in circulation (equivalent to 300,000 half-pallets received and dispatched per year)
