- Lack of leadership and management for several months
- The platform was operating with fours customers in the clothing industry
- The organizational processes were declining and affecting service rates
Objectives:
- Management of operations during periods of high activity
- Reorganization of the logistic site
- Workforce management

- Process diagnosis by determining the priorities to be addressed
- Collaborative approach with the operation teams, to facilitate integration and management of the activity
- Communication with customers to review the blocking points that have not been dealt with and define areas of improvement
- Implementation of KPIs for process optimization and tracking improvements
